OK, previous review I split the difference because I had not received it. I received and just roasted my first batch. Looks good! Nice little roaster. It seems to me the equivalent of an Ailio Bullet but at half the capacity and 2/3 the price (when you include shipping to the US). The capacity is a little over a pound (max) which is a good size for me. 1kg like the Bullet is not necessary for my needs. Erin was mostly responsive, the roaster is a slick little machine, I am happy. CHeers!
Went with 3 stars. Still waiting to receive as it is still in transit. Was told 30-40 days overseas shipping. 52 days so far, and according to tracking the ship will be delayed another day. Splitting the difference between best and worst and giving 3 stars to get this review out of the way and not have to look at the message in my inbox anymore.
Received my order in just 1 month! Amazing customer service by Erin, constant communication making sure everything is correct! Great machine easy to use, great built quality. Working at it’s finest, from 200g to 500g batch roast.
I have had my roaster for 3 weeks now and I have fallen in love with it. It is easy to use and allows you get to a great profile down for your coffee bean! I plan on buying my next roaster from e&a coffee supplies again.
The first time I used it I got great results. I just plugged it in and read the instructions and perfect results. There is nothing better than drinking your own roasted coffee. I am spoiled now and can’t drink anything else. The game changer is the onboard screen. You just press start and go if you need a great first roaster this is it. Erin is also so helpful with after sales service. I’ve purchased from her before and will continue in the future
