Placing an Order & Payment

How do I place an order?

  1. Add to Cart: Browse our products and click "ADD TO CART" for the items you wish to purchase.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: Review your cart. You can modify quantities or remove items. Apply any discount or gift card codes in the field provided. Click "CHECKOUT" to continue.
  3. Shipping & Information: Select your preferred shipping method. New customers can create an account (recommended for order tracking) or checkout as a guest. Fill in your accurate shipping details.
  4. Payment: Choose your payment method and complete the secure checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Shopify Pay and major Credit Cards. We also offer Direct Bank Transfer (FPS, ATM, etc.).

  • For bank transfers: Please email your proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot of the transaction confirmation) to erin@eacoffeesupplies.com  or send it via WhatsApp to +86 198 6045 3273 to expedite order processing.

 

Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination:

  • Air Express (for orders < 50kg): 7-15 business days after processing.
  • Ocean Shipping (for large machinery > 50kg): 15-40 business days after processing.
    Please note: These times are estimates and do not include customs clearance, which can vary by country.

What are your shipping methods?

The shipping method is determined by the product's size and weight to ensure the best value and safety.

  • Air Express: Typically used for orders under 50kg (e.g., grinders, small tools).
  • Ocean Shipping: Required for heavy machinery over 50kg (e.g., coffee roasters, large machines).

How can I track my order?

  • Account holder: Log into "My Account" on our website to view your order status.
  • All Customers: You will receive email notifications with tracking information:
  • Air Express: A tracking number and link will be provided once your order is shipped.
  • Ocean Shipping: We will provide the vessel name, estimated departure (ETD), and arrival (ETA) dates, with regular updates.

What is your order processing time?

We process and prepare orders for shipment within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
