We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned for a refund:
- Large Machinery: This includes coffee roasters, espresso machines, grinders, and other processing equipment.
- Custom or Personalized Products: Items made specifically to your order.
- Sale Items or Gift Cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at erin@eacoffeesupplies.com.
The Return Process
- Contact Us First: To start a return, please email us at erin@eacoffeesupplies.com. Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval.
- Shipping Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We may provide a return shipping label.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds for Change of Mind: For returns initiated due to a changed decision (e.g., an unwanted product), the Shopify payment processing fees (calculated as 5% of the total order value, including shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: Please contact us at erin@eacoffeesupplies.com to resolve the issue.
- Standard Deductions: In all other eligible cases, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
