Warranty
1-Year Limited Warranty on Machinery
We are pleased to offer a 1-year limited warranty on all machinery products (including coffee roasters, espresso machines, grinders, and other processing equipment) from the date of original purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace a defective product or part at no charge.
This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
The following products are not covered by a warranty:
- Consumable Products (e.g., coffee bags, disposable cups, and other single-use items)
- Manual Products (e.g., tampers, scales, handheld grinders without electronic components)
- Sale or Clearance Items (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase)
The 1-year machinery warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or service.
- Improper installation or operation contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Normal wear and tear.
Extending Your Warranty
For customers seeking longer-term protection, we offer the option to extend the warranty on machinery products. As the cost and terms for extension vary by item, this is arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Support After Warranty Expiry
We are committed to providing ongoing support for your machinery even after the standard warranty period has ended. While repairs and services provided after the warranty expiry will be subject to parts and labour charges, our team remains available to help diagnose issues and provide repair solutions. Please contact us for assistance.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your machinery is eligible for warranty service, please contact us immediately at erin@eacoffeesupplies.com with the following information:
- Your original Order Number or Proforma Invoice Number and date of purchase.
- The product's model name.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photographs or a video clearly showing the defect.
Our team will evaluate your claim and guide you through the next steps. Please do not return any product without prior authorization.
