I received my roaster about six weeks ago and absolutely love it.The experience I've had with Erin and A&E coffee equipment couldn't have been better.From the start of deciding what would be the best roaster for my needs to the many questions I had in hooking up the roaster and doing some simple modifications Erin had all the right answers.I've had a great experience so if your looking to purchase just do it.
When I unpacked the roaster I was very impressed with the build quality of the roaster and accessories.When I finally got it set up enough to try it out the quality showed.As I'm a home roaster I've only done six 350 gram roasts they have all turned out well.The roaster has more power to do larger batches but this is what I drink weekly.All the controls work well and are very responsive.The bean cooler works amazingly fast and cools 350 grams in 60 seconds.
I'm confident the roasts will get better as I learn to use the roaster.
